Stergic- Ecommerce and B2B Healthcare and Medical Devices
Stergic is an E-commerce B2C brand selling medical instruments and healthcare devices such as BP monitors, nebulizers, walking aids, and other essential medical products. When we got involved, Stergic was already doing paid marketing through another agency. Ads were running, money was being spent, but the results were unstable and expensive. At the same time, SEO had never been done before, so Google organic traffic was almost

SEO (Organic Growth From Zero)
Before we started SEO, the website had almost no organic traffic.
Google was not contributing to sales in any meaningful way. We were the first team to work on SEO for Stergic. The focus was simple and practical:
- Product-based searches
- Buyer-intent keywords
Clear structure for medical products people actually search for Medical products are not impulse buys. People search because they need something. We aligned the website and content with that behaviour.
- Organic traffic started growing from zero
- Product pages began ranking
- Google started bringing consistent organic orders
- Better attention on Meta
- Iterative Delivery Approach
- Problem-solving
- Improved engagement and conversions
- Higher trust compared to overly polished ads
Meta Ads (Fixing What Was Broken)
Before us, Stergic’s Meta ads were being handled by another agency. The numbers told the story clearly Before us:
- Cost per result was between ₹600 to ₹1500
- Sales were inconsistent
- Scaling felt risky because costs were too high
When we took over Meta ads, the first goal was not scaling.
The first goal was control. We simplified- Clear product-focused creatives, No unnecessary messaging, Direct sales intent, Better audience targeting. The difference was visible within a short time.
After Collaborating with us:
- Cost per result came down to ₹100–₹200
- Earlier ₹600–₹1500 was reduced to around ₹150 on average
- Sales became more consistent instead of fluctuating
- Ad spend started making sense again
Because the content felt natural, people watched, related, and clicked, without feeling like they were being sold to. No artificial faces. No obvious AI textures Professional editing, realistic movements, and natural lighting. The final output looked like genuine user-generated content, not AI or studio ads.
