Amaze BnB

Amaze BnB is a BnB platform, positioned as a direct alternative to Airbnb. The idea was simple but ambitious. Build a platform where hosts and travellers could connect without feeling lost inside a massive marketplace. When we got involved, Amaze BnB was still at an early stage. There was no real website presence that could explain the concept clearly, and SEO had not been done at all. For a platform business, that is a big problem, because people first need to understand what you are before they even think of signing up.

Website (Explaining the Idea Clearly)

The first thing we worked on was the website. For a BnB platform, the website is not just about design. It has to answer basic questions very quickly:

  • What is this platform?
  • Why should I use it instead of Airbnb?
  • Is this for hosts, travellers, or both?
  • How does it work?

We built the website with clarity as the priority.No complicated language. No over-promising. Just a simple explanation of what Amaze BnB is trying to do and who it is for.This helped make the platform understandable instead of confusing.

SEO (Building Discovery From Zero)

SEO was started from scratch. A brand like Amaze BnB does not get direct searches in the beginning. People are not searching for the brand name. They are searching for things like Airbnb, budget stays, Room stays, homestays and BnB options, house party options, short-term stays etc.

We focused on these kinds of intent-based and comparison searches. The goal was not to compete head-on with Airbnb in volume, but to show up when people were actively exploring other options.

What Changed for Amaze BNB?

This was an important step for the brand, because for platform businesses, trust and discovery come before growth.
