Indie Curls” is a human hair manufacturing brand that has been founded by Mr. Sunil and Mr. Vineet, and they function from their manufacturing unit located at Narela, Delhi. Their office operates within the factory itself – an arrangement that simply indicates the closeness of their involvement with the manufacturing process. The business offers pure human hair, as well as Remy hair, with various types such as Straight Hair, Curly Hair, and African Hair, depending on the customer’s preference regarding the hair type or color. They serve both Indian as well as overseas markets with emphasis on B2B customers.


The Situation Before We Stepped In
Indie Curls were strong on their production setup, but this didn’t translate to their online presence. They relied heavily on offline network connections, referrals, and direct marketing. However, even with the ability to support global clients, they were invisible in the places where serious buyers were looking, that is Google.
